Our blends are arranged in a series of elegant packaging, perfect both for bars,retail and domestic use. Mokaflor proposes a range of Capsules, selected from the best blends and single origins of our line. These capsules are compatible with Nespresso and similar machines. Check the instructions of your coffee machine to see if it uses Nespresso© compatible capsules.

100% dolce arabica

The 100% Arabica blend is well balanced between body and aromas, with low acidity, creamy, sweet, with chocolate scents

TASTE : the cream of this blend is characterized by a hazelnut cream and beautiful nuances. There´s a great balance between sweetness and acidity. The aroma is of roasted bread, vanilla and milk chocolate.

50/50 Gran Crema

Gran Crema has a strong body and taste with a dense and persistent creaminess that combines the sweetness of the Brazilian Arabicas with the intensity and structure of the Far Eastern Robustas.

TASTE: extremely dark-brown cream. Strong body with a long aftertaste. Aromas of dark cocoa and refined wood.

Decaf

TASTE: The cream has a hazelnut colour without nuances. The aroma is of toasted bread and cocoa. Strong body and balanced taste. Perfect to enjoy in the evening.

brazil alta mogiana franca gr 2 17/18

Dive into the home country of coffee with this sweet and intense bodied mono origin coffee from Brazil.

TASTE: The cream has a hazelnut colour and red nuances. The aromas are of toasted biscuit and chocolate. This coffee has a medium-body and is pleasantly sweet.

The brazilian coffees are special because of their natural balanced taste (often defined as “neutral”). This is also why they are often used as a base for any blend. This Alta Mogiana is a full-bodied coffee with a great sweetness; the classic Brasilian!

Feel the breeze of the Monsoon with this intense and decisive mono origin coffee from India.

TASTE: The cream is dark brown, with greyish shades. Aromas of wood and dark caramel. It has a strong body and intense bitterness are intense.

Process: Natural monsooned

Going back to the time when people and goods were still carried to and from India on sail boats, a ship could take months to reach Europe. During this long journey, coffee was subjected to natural alterations due to the monsoon exposure.

On the journey, its initial greenish or bronze colour would turn into white-yellowish giving the coffee a very particular taste. Nowadays this taste is considered to be very special, this is why the coffee gets stored in open buildings where the monsoon winds can pass through, giving the coffee this quality.

FAP Capsules

The FAP Capsules which were first invented for the LAVAZZA ESPRESSO POINT machine, are some of the most used. These capsules are perfect for small hotels, restaurants, office but also for the home consumption.

100% Dolce Arabica

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: This mixture brings a hazelnut cream in the cup with fine nuances. The taste is balanced between acidity and sweetness. The aromas are of toast, vanilla and light milk chocolate.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: This coffee has a dark brown cream. In espresso the taste is full-bodied and sweet. The aromas are of bitter cocoa and precious woods.

Fap decaffeinated

The Mokaflor decaffeinated coffee presents the classic aromas of an Italian 70/30 blend, but without caffeine. Since there is no use of chemical substances or waxes, this coffee is also perfect for sensitive stomachs.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: The hazelnut cream has aromas of light toasted bread and cocoa. In the mouth, the coffee is balanced with an interesting body. A nice coffee to enjoy the evening.

ESE Paper coffee pods

Coffee pods are the cleanest and more comfortable way to take the real espresso in the hotel, restaurant or at work. They are also used in some bars to prepare decafs.
Here are the different blends you can choose from:

100% Dolce Arabica - Black

A soft blend with a great balance between body and aromas. This 100% Arabica blend is creamy and sweet with hints of chocolate.

TASTE: Hazelnut coloured cream with beautiful stripes. Great balance of acidity and sweetness. Aromas of toasted bread, vanilla and milk chocolate.

Decaf

The decaffeinated Mokaflor coffee contains the classic aromas of an italian blend is made of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta, but with no caffeine;. No chemicals nor waxes are used for decaffeinating, therefore this coffee is also perfect for sensitive stomachs.

Organic Bio Paper
Pods

Taste our 50/50 Organic Bio paper pods certified by "Q Certificazioni" for the lack of chemicals and harmful substances in the growth of the coffee plant.

TASTE: a hazelnut-colored cream with light red and gray nuances. Notes of vanilla, toasted and hazelnut. A pleasant acidity and light body with a fine aftertaste.
