It is said that the origins of the Arabica coffee plant are from Ethiopia and that coffee itself takes its name from the Kaffa region in Ethiopia.
Nowadays many plants still grow wild and their beans make a round bodied coffee with a delicate flavour and a fruity aroma.

Taste

This coffee was tasted in espresso at 94°C with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds.
The hazelnut cream has dark nuances and the aftertaste is of cardamom, tobacco nutmeg and candied citrus. This light rounded coffee is perfect for brewing methods such as the Aeropress.
