Every bottle of wine, today, bears on its label the story of the grapes, of the aging of the wine, of the techniques used to provide the sensations that one feels when tasting a glass of it. But nobody has yet seen a cup of espresso doing the same, explaining its own past and the feelings it provokes.
Customers and quality
At Mokaflor we reckoned that also the coffee consumer has a right to know what he or she is enjoying, and we realized that offering such information constitutes a very important added value on the commercial level – also for the bar which sells our coffee and for our distributors. We did our tests, and we achieved an increase in coffee consumption in our bars from 15% to 30%.
How do we communicate the culture of coffee
Our communication philosophy is centred on focusing the clients’ attention on a very important aspect of coffee, too often disregarded: quality.How do you get a quality product and do you recognize it. We do not give boring lessons or tons of pages to read, but simply colourful and funny messages, like wall panels, bookmarks or the innovative “Girotazza” (around the cup), small flyers, attached to the espresso or cappuccino cup, tell the story of those coffee varieties we are tasting and explain the sensations we are feeling. A unique service, which will make our customer remember that coffee as a unique one!
