Perhaps it is normal, after many years spent to know the world of coffee, of the plantations and of the conditions in which the market forces many campesinos, to question themselves. These men, these peasants, spread over races and worlds, from Mexico to Colombia, to Cameron and Indonesia, have in common an often difficult job and often only paid at subsistence levels. At Mokaflor we do not want the coffee to taste so bitter for so many, too many, people.

With determination Mokaflor has contacted centres of FAIRTRADE. From these are arose answers and references that have allowed the company to quickly guaranty values and transparency towards itself and its consumers.
