Description

Light roasted, with high percentage of washed Arabicas from central America, that enhance acidity, flavours and aroma, with hints of vanilla and red berries. This is the ideal blend for brewing methods, such as V60, aeropress, syphon, french press and toddy brew.

Taste

We´ve tasted this coffee with an Aeropress at a temperature of 92° and a brew ratio of 60gr per liter. The aroma is of vanilla, apple, caramel and red fruits, especially blueberry. It has a good body and the acidity is well balanced and sweet.
