Last Thursday, the 54th edition of SIAL in Paris finished with great success!
SIAL is one of the biggest food events in the world, with more than 7,000 companies from 109 different countries. As in previous editions, we participated together with the Consorzio Firenze a Tavola.
This initiative sees the collaboration of 15 companies specialized in various food sectors, all with a common goal: bringing the Italian food excellence abroad.

Thanks to the collaboration with Elektra, a historic manufacturer of espresso machines from the area of Treviso, we have been able to serve customers with excellent espresso using the SIXTIES, a one group espresso machine, ideal for small bars or restaurants.
This edition has been particularly interesting because of the many visitors from all over the world. On our stand we were able to welcome clients of various nationalities. Many from Northern and Eastern Europe, Asia, North America and Saudi Arabia, from whom we received excellent feedback on all products and especially on the new line of Mokaflor organic espresso blends!
