Thanks to the proven partnership with Elektra Coffee Machines, an Italian company producing espresso machines, Caffèlab was able to offer the numerous visitors the two coffees selected for this event. Thesere were: the LAB 100, our Caffèlab 100% arabica blend and the Specialty, Brazil Microlot Mirtilo. Both have found particularly positive feedback, received from professionals and experts in the sector. Certainly also thanks to the technical skills, developed over many years of experience behind the bar counter, of the Espresso Academy barista expert and trainer, Ilaria Nocentini.

A particularly interesting and dynamic edition, full of visitors from many different nationalities. During these days, interesting initiatives took place, such as presentations of new tools and machines. Interesting coffees have been introduced, discovered thanks to the numerous cupping & tastings that have helped to liven up the WOC days. Not only that, but the event also served as a stage for the prestigious World Coffee Championship. The great competition also included the important World Latte Art Championship, which saw Manuela Fensore triumph proudly as the first Italian ever winning this competition.
