The best quality varieties like those grown at high altitudes and in the south-western Barahona region, look very good and are sweet to the taste with a full body, an intense aroma.

This coffee was tasted with a espresso extraction of 25 ml at 93°C in 24 seconds. The average degassing took place in 60 hours. The colour of the cream is hazelnut with red nuances. This coffee has a light body and a sweet aftertaste.
