Espresso Academy
Espresso Academy was born inside Mokaflor in 2009 as a school for coffee and baristas, to transmit knowledge of the world of coffee to professionals and end consumers. Over the years the school has established itself as one of the main coffee training and education centers in Italy and in the world, welcoming more than 1000 new students every year from many corners of the planet.
The current training offer of Espresso Academy is very broad and ranges from courses dedicated to coffee shop management and the decoration of cappuccino through Latte Art techniques, to courses about green coffee and professional coffee roasting and tasting.
The Espresso Academy team is made up of several trainers, each with their own specialization and infinite passion for coffee. Courses are held based on the international programs of the Coffee Skills Program of the Specialty Coffee Association and of the LAGS (Latte Art Grading System)
Partner schools abroad
The international aspect of our school has allowed us to open 12 partner schools abroad, from Nepal to the United Arab Emirates, from Thailand to Mexico, with new branches opening in the upcoming months. All these schools are authorized to certify their courses with the Italian Barista Method program, an international certification born from the experience of the Espresso Academy trainers.
