Traceable blend - 70% Arabica / 30% Robusta
The 70/30 blend perfectly embodies our vision for the Farm project. It is an accessible coffee, easy to understand and appreciate, yet fully traceable and transparent. Designed for professionals and coffee shops that want to offer their customers an espresso that combines quality, story and respect for the people who produce it.
Every coffee in this blend has been carefully selected and is completely traceable throughout the entire supply chain, from field to cup. An approach that places the work of the growers at the centre — the true protagonists behind the taste and character of every single bean.
The blend is composed of three origins. The first coffee comes from Brazil, from the historic Fazenda Isidro Pereira in the Minas Gerais region, where farming practices are sustainable and environmentally conscious. This Arabica brings structure and balance to the blend.
The second Arabica comes from Colombia, from Finca La Colmena, located in the Huila region and lovingly managed by Mrs. Blanca. Here, coffee plants and beehives coexist in a unique ecosystem that reflects a harmonious and sustainable vision of agriculture.
Completing the blend is a natural Robusta grown in Tanzania, in the Muhurile region on the shores of Lake Victoria. A high-quality selection that adds body, intensity and persistence to the cup, while always maintaining the right balance.
The result is an intense and enveloping blend, with a dense hazelnut-coloured crema, a round structure and a well-balanced sweetness. An espresso that surprises with its richness and pleasantness, crafted to accompany every day for those who love coffee, without ever becoming tiresome.
Recommended extraction: 7.5 g for an espresso of 15/16 g in 25/30 seconds at 92 °C.
