Description
Brazil is the home of coffee. Present estimates put coffee plants at around 3.970 million and production at between 40 and 50 million bags, depending on the year. Brazilian coffee are known for their strong neutrality, the cup is very clean and its ability to blend with all other origins without overpowering their flavour. This is why they are frequently used as a base in blend. This single origin has a intense body and average sweetness and sourness.

Taste
This coffee was tasted with a espresso extraction of 25ml in 25 seconds at 93°C with a degassing of 48 hours. The hazelnut coloured cream with light red nuances. The aroma is of toast and cocoa biscuit. Its body is medium and the taste sweet. This coffee is perfect for espresso and moka.
