An exclusive Chiaroscuro blend with the addition of one of the finest coffees in the world: the Jamaica Blue Mountain. A gourmet espresso.
This coffee was tasted with an extraction of 93°C of 25 ml in 25 seconds. The degassing took place in approximately 48 hours. The crema has a hazelnut color with marked nuances. It has a pleasing acidity and notes of vanilla, nutmeg and tobacco. A great coffee also for V60 or Aeropress extractions.
