This coffee was tasted in espresso at 93°C with an extraction of 30ml in 26 seconds. The medium degassing time was of 60 hours. Hazelnut colored cream with ocra nuances, toasted bread and cacao scents. The taste is balanced with a light acidity and a pleasing sweetness.
