This coffee was tasted with a espresso extraction of 25 ml at 93°C in 26 seconds. The degassing of the coffee took place in 48 hours. The cream has a hazelnut colour and a rich body. Its aromas are of vanilla, tobacco and chocolate. The light body of this coffee is perfect also for brewing methods such as the V60 and Aeropress.
