This coffee comes from a very special and rare farm production with the organic certification. It is grown near the Himalayan mountains, therefore on a moist soil due to the many torrents and the frequent snow. After being sundried it is then hand picked and cleaned. Mount Everest supreme is cultivated at 2200 – 2400 feet above the sea level in the South of the Mount Ganesh Himal Mountain Range. The plantation of 100 hectares is located 75 km north of the capital Kathmandu. Mount Everest supreme has a very mild acidity, a light body and a soft smooth flavor.

This coffee has been tasted in 25 ml espresso at 94°C in 27 seconds. The degassing took place in 60 hours. The crema has a light hazelnut colour and the aroma are of milk chocolate and vanilla. Its body is light and balanced with a sweet aftertaste. This coffee is perfect for brewing methods, moka and espresso.
