In Tanzania the Robusta coffee is grown almost exclusively in the region of Bukoba, on the shores of Lake Victoria. The specific humidity of this area, combined to growing the coffee in shade which is a classic feature of the small African plantations, gives this coffee a great body combined with a sweetness that is usually rare in Robusta coffees.

Taste

For this tasting we´ve extracted 25 ml of espresso at 91°C in 26 seconds. The degassing took place in 48 hours. This coffee´s crema has a dark hazelnut colour and the aromas are of wood, dark caramel and cocoa. Its body is very round and perfect for espresso and moka.
