Espresso Academy and Caffèlab in Brazil for the “Semana Internacional do Cafè”
A few weeks ago, two of our trainers of the Espresso Academy had the pleasure to visit Belo Horizonte, Brazil, for the “Semana Internacional do Cafè” the most important coffee expo of South America.
Simone, one of the trainers of our Espresso Academy, who won a Latte Art contest during the World of Coffee in Amsterdam at Dalla Corte Espresso Machine, received this trip as the prize for the competition.
Italian Cup Tasters Champion
Also our trainer Helena, Italian Cup Tasters Champion 2018, and one of the 16 best coffee tasters in the world, was invited to this event and took part to the World Cup Tasters Championship (read this article).
Dalla Corte also gave us the chance to bring some of our Specialty Coffees of the Caffèlab line to be tasted on their new machines.
The Dalla Corte Stand
“Three days with Dalla Corte team means a lot of fun and the chance to test their amazing machines XT and Mina and their water flow control at the stand with our Specialty Coffee roasted by Caffelab!” Simone says. He also states that: “It was the first time that we visited an exhibition in a coffee producing country, and we were impressed by the harvesting machines, the depulpers, green bean sorters and the many producers with whom we´ve had some very interesting coffee chats!”.
During their stay, Simone and Helena also had the chance to visit OOP, Academia do Cafè, Intelligenza and probably the smallest Coffee Shop of Brazil, Copo Cafe (just 3 sqm!), have a look at the photos…
