We are celebrating the Mokaflor Oro / Gold Blend 20th anniversary with a new design!
Our bestseller was first developed in 1998 as a result of a long study to find the perfect espresso taste. Our roasting masters and coffee experts wanted to find the right combination of different varieties for the best espresso recipe.
This blend is made of 5 different coffee varieties and has a full body, thanks to the washed Arabicas from South America, with an intense taste and velvety cream, typical of Indian robusta beans.
Today the Oro blend is appreciated not only by our Italian customers, but in many countries around the world, especially in Northern Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East.
Thanks to its balanced flavour, Oro is the perfect blend both for pure espresso or all milk preparations such as latte macchiato, cappuccino and more.
The design hasn`t changed much, staying true to the traditional Mokaflor packaging inspired by it`s first designs of the 1950s, in a new and more resistant packaging with a lighter and matt colour. Mokaflor Oro is available in 250g, 500g, 1000g and 3000g bags.
The Oro blend was only the first of almost 10 different blends, with different Arabica and Robusta varieties, which were then developed to meet the individual needs of our customers. These are all based on the traditional Italian Espresso recipes and further developed to meet the modern machine and taste standards.
