Summer is not over…yet!
We have often talked about Cold Brew Coffee in our articles, which can be perfectly served on “the rocks” and mixed well with other non-alcoholic or alcoholic drinks.
Summer is almost over, but these drinks are delicious all year through. These four cocktails can be easily prepared with Cold Brew, whether at home or in the bar.
COFFEE NEGRONI
30 ml of gin
30 ml Campari
30 ml of vermouth
30 ml concentrated cold brew
Put some ice cubes in a glass, together with all other ingredients and stir briefly. Carve the orange for the decoration.
COLD BREW GIN TONIC
30 ml of gin
30 ml concentrated cold brew
Tonic Water
It´s best to use a tall glass that is first filled with ice cubes. Then add the gin and the cold brew coffee. Add some Tonic Water until the glass is full.
CAMPARI & COFFEE SODA
60 ml Campari
30 ml concentrated cold brew coffee
Mineral water
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, and pour the Campari and coffee on them. Then fill up the rest of the glass with mineral water. For garnishing, a slice of orange is suitable.
COLD BREW CAIPIRINHA
1/2 lime
1 spoonful of sugar
25 ml concentrated cold brew
60 ml of Cachaça
Squeeze out the lime and mix the juice in a glass with the sugar. Add the coffee and cachaça, stir well and fill the glass with ice cubes.
