On January 19th, the annual edition of Sigep begins in Rimini and we will be present with the Espresso Academy and Caffèlab to address the most current topics about coffee and let you discover our latest products of the Caffèlab line!
Thanks to the collaboration with Elektra (Pad d3 stand 500), the Espresso Academy, our school for barista, coffee and bars, will be present with a series of workshops and presentations. Visitors will also be able to try our Caffèlab LAB100 blend consisting of two lots of Bourbon varieties from Brazil and El Salvador, as well as a Specialty coffee, the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Meteku Shentu.

Moreover, we will be present with the Caffèlab line, at the stand of our partner DM ITALIA (stand 146, pad D1 – Saturday 19 January at 11 am and 3 pm and Sunday 20 January at 11 am) for a series of tastings of the best Specialty Coffees, selected and roasted especially for filter extractions with the most innovative brewing tools like Aeropress, Chemex, V60 and many others.
