2018 is coming to an end and we want to thank you all for having been part of this amazing year!
This year has been very exciting for us here at Mokaflor. We’ve participated to many interesting events, such as the ISM fair in Cologne, the HOTELEX in Shanghai, SIAL in Paris, TASTE in Florence and Milano Coffee Festival with our Specialty Coffee line Caffèlab, and the Triestespresso together with Elektra Coffee Machines. These very important moments are a great chance to get together and confront ourselves with professionals of all areas of the coffee industry and for making new clients and friends!
This year we’ve also selected, roasted, tested and chosen for you new and special coffees that have given us a lot of satisfaction. From the Guatemala Women Coffee Project (we’re planning on supporting this cause even more in 2019!), the Costa Rica Perla Negra to the Ethiopia Meteku Shento, to the Yemen Mocca Matari and Burundi Gakenke Cup of Excellence, without forgetting our Caffèlab “Lab100” blend in its renewed version.
We’ve also seen the addition of some new products such as the Mokaflor Bio – Organic Espresso blends (100% Arabica, 80/20 and 60/40), the new ORO / Golden Blend packaging, the renewed Nespresso compatible capsules packaging and our new Mokaflor website!
What we are also very proud and happy about is to see how the request for coffee knowledge is growing. More than 1.000 students have taken part to the classes of our Espresso Academy this year. They’ve been learning everything from green coffee, to roasting, tasting, barista, Latte Art and even how to open their own coffee shop, with our new management courses!
The next steps
We’re now ready for 2019, which is looking towards some exciting new projects, in which we will give our best at researching, importing, roasting and bringing to you the greatest coffees from the most sustainable and ethical plantations in the world!
We will be closed from the 22nd of December until the 3rd of January! We wish you a great holiday, a MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY 2019 full of health, love, success, many excellent coffees and more! Cheers!
